Sunday Morning Study

Sunday, following worship.

A recent addition to our study offerings is a group that gathers following worship on Sundays to read and discuss a variety of       subjects ranging from scripture, to books, to current events.  The discussion is always lively, humorous and respectful.  Schedules and topics vary frequently.

The history of this group includes a Women’s Support Group which began in the 1970s, that originally met on Tuesday morning. As time passed, a Women’s Bible Study group began meeting on Thursday afternoon and eventually the two groups merged to become the Thursday Bible Study Group. This group has used the Horizons Annual Bible Study from the PCUSA and is currently studying Matthew for Everyone Part 1. By N.T. Wright

Out-to-Lunch Bunch

First Tuesday of every month at 11:30, with variable location.

The Out-to-Lunch Bunch is currently on hiatus due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, but will begin to meet again when it is considered safe. The group usually meets  at 11:30  at a local restaurant (that the group chooses the previous month) for lunch and fellowship. The location will be published on the calendar and Facebook Page, with the restaurant and time. For ease of seating, we would prefer to have an RSVP, to notify the restaurant that a large group will be arriving that day.am.
